General Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of warehouse, aftermarket and transportation functions. This role drives revenue and margin growth while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and environmental stewardship. Key responsibilities include warehouse operations, logistics coordination, demand planning, and process improvement. This position directly contributes to the DGR mission of generating funds to help people in our community live, work, and thrive through housing, employment, and supportive services.


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members.
  • Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and timely performance evaluations.
  • Proactively manage employee development, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions, up to and including termination, in accordance with company policy.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
