Warehouse and Refurbishment Associate

We are seeking a hands-on Refurbishment Associate to support the refurbishment of our devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting technical/mechanical issues, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and inventory management.
  • Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude with a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Previous experience or curiosity in computer building and repair
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy objects as required.
