Warehouse Assistant (2 Years Contract/ Pharma)
24-Month Contract

Up to $3,800 depending on experience

IMMEDIATE VACANCY
Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform accurate and efficient picking of materials from warehouse racks
- Execute receiving of inbound materials and verify against supporting documentation
- Carry out outbound activities including preparation and dispatch of materials
- Apply labelling on materials and products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform waste handling and disposal in compliance with HSE and GMP requirements
- Conduct sanitization of materials as per standard operating procedure
- Work in a cleanroom environment following gowning and hygiene protocols
- Operate electric lifting aids (e.g., electric pallet jacks, electric stackers) safely and responsibly
- Support general warehouse operations including inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and Sanofi quality standards always
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain housekeeping of work area.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum ITE (Institute of Technical Education) graduate in any discipline or 1 to 3 years of work experience in warehousing and logistics
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheet management)
- Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
- Certified or willing to be trained in the operation of electric lifting aids
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
