• AWS (13th-month bonus) + VB (variable bonus up to 3 months )
• 5-day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

This role exists to protect that trust at the most basic level – by making sure every item is handled correctly, every time.

This is hands-on, physical work. It needs someone who is strong, careful, and takes pride in getting things right. It’s an entry-level role, but the responsibility is real from day one. You’ll be handling products worth thousands of dollars, where one counting mistake matters. For the right person – someone who is precise, reliable, and physically up for it – this is a great way to start a career in precious metals.

What You’ll Own

• Get Every Count Right – Work with the vault team to receive, check, store, and prepare precious metals. Accuracy is critical — every item must be counted, verified, and recorded correctly. You’ll also learn to test authenticity, handle cash, and run inventory checks.

• Keep Orders Moving – Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care. Speed matters, but accuracy always comes first.

• Stay on Your Feet – This is a physical role involving lifting, carrying, and moving items throughout the vault and warehouse.

• Take Pride in the Showroom – Help maintain showroom displays so they remain neat, accurate, and presentable.

• Speak Up and Improve Things – Flag issues, suggest improvements, and help refine processes.

No specific diploma or degree required. If you have discipline, stamina, and an eye for detail, you can succeed in this role regardless of background.
