• Performed daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, and inventory control in accordance with SOPs.
• Coordinated with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Organized and stored inventory systematically to maintain warehouse efficiency.
• Maintained accurate inventory records and reported stock discrepancies or missing items to Customer Service or supervisors.
• Verified incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring goods were received in good condition.
• Checked outgoing shipments for accuracy before releasing them to transporters or export containers.
• Managed loading, unloading, and shipment handling activities.
• Ensured all inventory transactions were accurately recorded in the warehouse management system.
• Maintained picking and packing accuracy, including correct cargo measurements.
• Upheld warehouse cleanliness and ensured equipment was properly maintained.
