Job Description:

• Plan and organize warehouse inventory to optimize space utilization and easy accessibility of stocks.
• Maintain & update accurate inventory records.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts, monitor stock movement, identify and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Support warehouse documentation including filing and record keeping.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support including picking, packing, receiving, loading and unloading of goods.
• Coordinate closely with delivery personnel to ensure goods are correctly prepared and dispatched on time.
• Maintain & upkeep cleanliness and overall organization of the warehouse.
• Handle ad-hoc warehouse tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to handle heavy loads/ items up to 30kg.
• Strong team player who is able to work independently when required.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with a positive, proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Able to multitask effectively and perform well in fast-paced environment.
• Forklift license and/or experience operating a reach truck will be an added advantage.
