Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by managing storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, and safety to ensure smooth distribution and accurate recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse storage to maintain cleanliness, organization, and accessibility while following compliance standards
- Resolve packing discrepancies to ensure order accuracy
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment according to packing lists
- Perform stock counts and receive, unpack, check, and store incoming goods in designated locations
- Load and unload goods safely from delivery vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety procedures and reporting hazards
- Update stock logs, scan codes, and prepare documentation using computer systems or manual methods
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Physical fitness to carry and rearrange boxes safely
- Ability to maintain neatness and organization in the workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recordkeeping tasks
- Experience using integrated inventory systems or handheld scanners for stock management
