Warehouse Assistant
Summary
Handles inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical goods in a warehouse, ensuring accurate movement and storage of products.
Job Responsibilities
Inventory Control and handling the movement of goods within the warehouse
Handle returned goods from customers
Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries according to the SOPs
Assist in carrying out collection and distribution when required
Receive, check shipments, and store goods according to SOPs in an accurate manner
Organise products and prepare space for inbound shipments ahead of shipment arrival
Replenish goods onto shelves
Proper housekeeping of assigned areas in the warehouse
Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Managers and Supervisors
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least "N" Level or NiTEC, in any field
Able to read, write, and speak English
Handle cartons weighing 20kg and above
Being able to operate an electric stacker/forklift will be an added advantage
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Responsible and with attention to detail
Experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Warehouse Assistant or Team Lead
