Warehouse Assistant

As a Warehouse Assistant at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations

• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies

• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements

• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays

• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials

• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams

• Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items

  
  

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills

• Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements
  
  

Choose preferred working timing

• Working timing: 5 Day - 0830 - 1815 (No Shift Allowance)

• Working timing: 5 Afternoon - 1345 - 2330 ($10 Allowance per day)

• Working timing: 5 Night - 2300 - 0845 ($15 Allowance per day)
