Warehouse Assistant (Contract)
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role offers hands-on exposure across receiving, packing, inventory control, delivery coordination, and order fulfilment, with opportunities to build practical skills and grow into broader warehouse, logistics, or supervisory responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against relevant documents.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Ensure model numbers, quantities, packaging, and documentation are accurate before delivery.
Assist with sorting, carton sealing, palletising, loading, unloading, and courier/lorry collection.
Update stock movement records and support stock take, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
Follow warehouse SOPs, safety requirements, and packing/dispatch procedures.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, or other issues promptly.
Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
Able to carry out warehouse operational duties, including receiving, packing, loading and unloading goods.
Responsible, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage, though training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
