Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Class 3) | 5 Day Week | Jurong East

You’ll mainly handle day to day warehouse operations, with ad hoc deliveries using the company van (up to twice a week). Our goods are mainly footwear and accessories, with some apparel. You’ll also service our wholesale accounts, helping keep our brands well stocked and presented on the shop floor. It’s a hands on and varied role.

What you’ll do

• Pick and pack orders for stores, wholesale and online
• Receive incoming stock and check it against delivery orders
• Keep the warehouse organised, labelled and tidy
• Carry out stock counts and update stock movements in our system
• Visit wholesale accounts to hang goods, replenish and check stock on site
• Make ad hoc deliveries to our retail stores, wholesale accounts and event venues, up to twice a week
• Plan routes, load and unload goods safely, and keep proper delivery records
• Do basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
• Help set up and tear down booths at occasional pop up sales events
• Support the operations team with ad hoc tasks

What we’re looking for

• Reliable, punctual and careful with stock and paperwork
• Warehouse or delivery experience and a forklift licence are a bonus.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean record
• Comfortable driving islandwide
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
• Able to work occasional weekends and late nights for events (OT paid)
• Basic computer skills
