- Salary: $1900 - $2600 + AWS + PB (depends on performance) + OT (if required)
Requirements:
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in operating forklift truck will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies).
- Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
- Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.
- Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
- Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments.
- Ensure all stock areas are kept clear & tidy for ease of picking and in line with safety requirements.
- Participate in regular stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.
- Liaise with forwarder, confirm delivery terms with supplier and provide invoice and packing list to the forwarder.
- Support in preparation of shipping / freight-forwarding documentation.
- Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
- Ensure compliance with company operations policies and procedures.
