Warehouse Assistant (FL + WAH + 3 yrs Exp)

Support warehouse operations by receiving, issuing, and arranging goods for storage and delivery, ensuring stock accuracy and timely deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, label and issue goods accurately and on time for customer delivery.
• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments
• Arrange and handle stock safety for easy retrieval.
• Operate warehouse equipment - forklifts, VNA, order pickers, and reach trucks.
• Knowledge in using RF scanner, SAP and basic MS Office.
• Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards strictly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compliance

• Follow health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Follow quality procedures to prevent delivery errors.

Requirements

• Min Secondary Education.
• Min 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid Forklift license, Work-at-Height license (up to 10 m)
• Experience operating VNA, order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts
• Familiar with FIFO and MIGO and warehouse processes..
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, SAP/ WMS).
• Able to follow work instructions.
• Team player with positive attitude.
