Warehouse Assistant (FMCG)

We are currently hiring for a Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Driver.

Job Description& Requirements

• Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods in a safe manner that prevents damage
• Prepare shipments in and out of the warehouse
• Inbound Cargo –Receive accurately all incoming shipments; sort and place received merchandise for put away/storage as per directed /undirected WMS work order
• Outbound Cargo –Pick / pack /stage merchandise for delivery locally or externally as per directed WMS work order
• Picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods
• Stocktaking, quality check, and general housekeeping
• Load and unload merchandise into vehicles for delivery as per schedule
• Ensure goods are delivered safely on time

Requirements

• Rotational of duties i.e. delivery assistant or labelling assistant.
• Able to perform overtime per operations requirement
• This position requires the ability to lift 15kg(approx.) of merchandise as well as the need to stand for long period of time
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
