Job Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials. This role ensures inventory is properly handled and stored, and orders are accurately fulfilled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the appropriate locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to packing lists or invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts/reach truck (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicle
- Follow all health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with forklift license
- Min Education Level: Secondary or Equivalent
