Warehouse Assistant / Gul Way / Up to $2800 to $3000

Job Summary

You will manage warehouse operations including receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, and material transfers to support production and deliveries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle receipt, inspect, and store incoming materials to maintain quality and accuracy
• Execute timely put-away and picking of materials to support production schedules and delivery deadlines
• Manage material transfers between warehouse and production areas to ensure smooth workflow
• Update stock records and maintain accurate documentation for inventory tracking
• Conduct inventory control through monthly cycle counts and report any variances promptly
• Prepare delivery documents such as Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Delivery Orders (DO) for shipments
• Perform daily equipment checks, including forklift inspections, to ensure operational safety
• Follow company safety, health, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace
• Perform other assigned duties as needed to support warehouse operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid forklift license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations

Other Information

• Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)
• Working Location: Gul Way, Singapore
