Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our RMA warehouse operations in the Netherlands.
The main responsibilities will include handling free-of-charge (FOC) products, warehouse operations, inventory management, and supporting RMA and finished goods activities.
- Compensation: €15 / hour
- 5 full working days per week preferred
- On-site warehouse position
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- Handle FOC products, including receiving, checking, picking, packing, put-away and stock movements.
- Support the loading, unloading and internal movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Perform picking, packing and labeling of products according to operational requirements.
- Support the put-away and retrieval of stock and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Track and update incoming and outgoing stock and assist with regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
- Support RMA warehouse operations, including return handling and product movements.
- Gradually support the management and handling of finished goods inventory as the warehouse operation expands.
- Assist with delivery coordination, carrier pick-ups and other daily warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment according to warehouse 6S standards.
- Support other warehouse and administrative tasks as required.
- Comfortable with on-site warehouse work and physical tasks, including lifting, moving, packing and storing goods.
- Able to perform repetitive operational tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Willing to learn warehouse systems and processes.
- Experience with SAP, WMS or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Available for at least 6 months.
- Preferably available 5 full working days per week.
