WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT LEADER

Job Summary

Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating cross-departmentally, managing inventory accuracy, and resolving operational issues to ensure efficient shipment and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage staff activities under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate effectively with Purchasing, Sales, and Delivery teams to align warehouse activities with business needs
• Execute picking, packing, and issuing of shipments and deliveries accurately and timely
• Maintain inventory and location accuracy by monitoring stock levels and implementing control measures for timely replenishment
• Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures, and recommend corrective actions to management for continuous improvement
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Management to support warehouse functions
