Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant (Tuas, US MNC)

Our client, a US MNC manufacturing company specializing in industrial packaging solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, issuing, packing and storage of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Perform stocktaking, cycle counts and maintain proper warehouse organization.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO procedures, safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods another warehouse-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Must possess a valid forklift licence.
