Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations for our construction projects. You will support inventory control, logistics, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient material handling and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams to align warehouse activities with construction timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience in the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate logistics effectively.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
