Job Summary
You will support warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders, processing incoming goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack stock to fulfill orders (Kitting)
- Receive and process incoming goods to maintain smooth inventory flow
- Perform stock-in transactions and update inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Conduct cycle counts and stock counts to verify inventory accuracy
- Enter data accurately into the WMS to support inventory tracking and reporting
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold 5S organizational standards
- Support daily warehouse and store operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in preparing outgoing shipments for timely dispatch
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum N'/O' level qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy to operate inventory systems
- Ability to read and speak simple English for effective communication
- Must be able to support overtime
- Possess Forklift license is an advantage
