Job Summary

The role is responsible for performing quality checks and packing fresh goods while ensuring proper handling and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle fresh goods carefully to prevent damage during processing and packing
• Inspect fresh goods for quality and freshness to ensure only suitable products are packed
• Sort and pack fresh goods accurately to maintain product standards and support inventory accuracy
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth goods flow and accurate inventory counts
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a forklift license to assist with material handling tasks (preferred, not essential)
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods to perform packing and inspection duties
• Ability to work effectively in a cold room environment to handle temperature-sensitive goods
• Keen visual attention to detail for quality inspection
