Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to manage the daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of stainless steel products, water pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and related materials.

• Working Location: 30 Kranji Loop #03-10 TimMac @ kranji Singapore 739570
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am-12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2500 + OT + Meal Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming goods, ensuring quantities and product quality match delivery documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or collection.
• Load and unload stainless steel pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and other warehouse materials safely.
• Organize, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and transported properly to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, and Delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed and authorized).
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Perform other warehouse and store-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Secondary school education or equivalent; warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or storekeeping experience preferred.
• Fresh candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials safely.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and stock management.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift licence or certification is an advantage.
• Experience handling stainless steel products, water pipes, or construction materials is an added advantage.
