📢 WE’RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT/STOREKEEPER

Position: Warehouse assistant/storekeeper

Vacancy: 1

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: SGD $ 2,300 – SGD 2,500

Eligibility: Singaporeans & Permanent Residents (PR) only (Open to all races)

Job purpose:

To support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

· Receive and unload incoming shipments and materials.

· Verify and check goods against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.

· Sort, label, and store incoming products into designated warehouse locations.

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for daily dispatch.

· Perform stuffing and unstuffing of cargo containers.

· Safely load and secure goods onto delivery trucks and transport vehicles.

· Conduct regular physical cycle counts and periodic inventory checks.

· Update and maintain inventory records accurately utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.

· Report damaged, missing, or discrepant items promptly to the warehouse supervisor.

🔑 What We’re Looking For

· Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only (all races welcome).

· Possession of a valid forklift license and/or driving license (Class 3) is a strong advantage.

· Prior hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics operations, or storekeeping preferred.

· Familiarity with basic inventory management systems or barcode scanners is an advantage.

· Physically fit and able to handle physical warehouse duties, including loading/unloading.

· Responsible, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

💼 What We Offer

• Annual leave starting from 14 days, increasing to 18 days based on tenure.

• Overtime pay when required.
