Warehouse Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, stock records, and basic administrative work.

The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for simple stock records and documentation. This role is mainly warehouse and inventory-focused, not an IT support position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and arrange incoming stock.
• Handle stock-in and stock-out activities.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods when required.
• Arrange goods properly in the warehouse and maintain good housekeeping.
• Record and update stock movements accurately.
• Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel or the company system.
• Assist with regular stock count and inventory checks.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Assist with basic warehouse documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Support daily warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Ensure warehouse procedures are followed properly.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, logistics, or operations support will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to update stock records accurately.
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to perform hands-on warehouse duties.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physically fit to assist with stock handling when required.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
