Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM CST
Lunch: 30-minute lunch break
Safety Bonus: Eligible to earn $100 per quarter based on established safety performance standards

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team! This hands-on position is responsible for receiving, unloading, stocking, picking, and loading building materials while ensuring orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping and receiving documentation.

• Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.

• Accurately pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.

• Load company trucks and customer vehicles with outbound materials.

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow all company safety policies, including required personal protective equipment (PPE) and Lockout/Tagout procedures where applicable.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and operational goals.

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
