At Romanoff, an MCE Company, we’re growing – and we’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to help us grow even further!

As the Warehouse Associate, you will process incoming inventory and prepare motors to be put away in stock. You will also process misc. parts and operate various sizes of forklifts (5,000 to 11,000 lbs.) to assist with various projects, load & unload trucks, and move motors throughout our warehouses.

What You'll Do

Inventory Processing and Motor Handling

• Process incoming motors for stock, including verifying, labeling, and preparing units for put-away in the warehouse.
• Reskid motors safely and accurately using appropriate equipment.
• Assist with motor inspections as directed by the Inventory Manager.
• Inventory and organize miscellaneous parts throughout the facility.

Forklift and Warehouse Operations

• Operate forklifts ranging from 5,000 to 11,000 lbs. to move motors, load and unload trucks, and support various warehouse projects.
• Assist with special projects as designated by the Inventory Manager.
• Perform minor warehouse maintenance including sweeping, snow removal, weed removal, and general upkeep of the facility.
