As a Warehouse Associate at RitterTech's Bolingbrook, IL location, you will be a key part of the operation that keeps our customers supplied with the fluid power products they depend on. You will receive and process inbound shipments, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts and pallet movers, conduct cycle counts, and make sure every order leaves accurately and on time. Attention to detail is essential — the work you do directly impacts the service our customers receive.

What You'll Do

Receiving and Inbound

• Assist with shipping and receiving — unloading trucks, checking in product, and verifying accuracy against packing lists.
• Sort and place products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to bin codes or other predetermined order (type, size, color, etc.).
• Record amounts of items received in the computerized inventory control system.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

• Pull customer orders from stock according to purchase orders and/or shipping tickets.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping using common carriers; verify packing lists for accuracy before release.
• Record amounts of items distributed in the inventory control system.

Inventory and Warehouse Operations

• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and pallet movers safely and as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
