Warehouse Associate 6:00am to 2:30pm M-F

We are searching for a Warehouse Order Picker and Packer for our Distribution Center in Vernon Hills, IL Join our growing and dynamic team and help us pick and pack orders. Forklift experience is a plus. Cherry Picker experience is a plus (order picker with harness).

Hours - 6:00am-2:30pm CST

$18.00/HR starting pay - BIWEEKLY PAY

40-hour work week - Monday through Friday Schedule

Overtime is not mandatory, but it is offered regularly to employees.

Job Type

• Full-Time. Direct-Hire to the Company.
• No Agencies. No Contracts.
• This is a permanent job with year-round work.

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders on foot with a hand cart
• Material handling with pallet jack and sit-down propane forklift as needed
• Operate cherry picker (order picker with harness) to pick orders in the warehouse racks (once trained)
• General housekeeping duties
• Lifting up to 70lbs unassisted
• Loading/unload trailers + palletizing and pallet wrapping

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience in a position performing similar duties
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
