The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely executing daily operational tasks, supporting warehouse functions, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products
• Safely handle materials and operate warehouse equipment as required
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper product handling, labeling, and storage
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure location accuracy meets established standards
• Follow established warehouse procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Support loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to supervisors
• Meet productivity and quality standards for assigned tasks
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures

Profile Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to lift and move materials as required (may include up to [insert weight])

• Basic computer skills preferred
