Semper Foods is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Day Shift) in Lancaster, CA. Full-time position. Pay: $21–$24 per hour. Join our food distribution team and support daily warehouse operations.

Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Receive and inspect shipments
• Organize warehouse inventory
• Prepare products for delivery
• Keep work areas clean and safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance required
• Strong attention to detail
• Follow warehouse safety procedures

Additional Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• RF scanner knowledge preferred
