About the role
What you’ll do
- Works independently to safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products based on company standards
- Perform all tasks with proper attention to safety procedures and conventions (e.g. use proper lifting techniques, maintain a safety zone around equipment, etc.)
- Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials
- Manages all merchandise with appropriate care
- May assist with training of newly employed team members
- Application of labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all company's products and policies
- May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted with warehouse work experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Work Environment and Schedule
- This is a full-time position with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Work in a warehouse environment that is not temperature-controlled.
- Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
- Frequently lift or pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area while supporting daily warehouse operations.
