WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay: We offer our Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator a competitive hourly wage paid biweekly.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with Receiving/Inventory teams typically working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (or until completion of work) with weekends off, while Shipping/Order Fulfillment teams typically work Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (or until completion of work) in four-day workweeks that are generally followed by three consecutive days off.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator, you'll unload and organize incoming tire inventory, operate stock pickers and high-reach trucks, accurately pick and verify orders, prepare products for shipment, and utilize RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse systems to maintain inventory accuracy. You'll also assist with inventory counts, support audits, follow safety procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse that enables the entire team to succeed.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or carry up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable climbing, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to stand and walk throughout scheduled shifts
• Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions

Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of Cherry Picker experience and 2+ years of Reach Truck operating experience.
