Warehouse Associate I

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating material-handling equipment, loading and unloading shipments, picking and preparing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory.

The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team environment, and is comfortable performing physical warehouse duties, including lifting and being on their feet throughout the workday.

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, material handling equipment, and cranes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners for order picking and stock control.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while following OSHA safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and inventory counts.
• Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Strong attention to safety protocols with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
