Warehouse Associate

OVERVIEW
Dayshift opportunity for a warehouse associate to load and unload items, track inventory, sort materials, pack items for shipping, and check customer orders for accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse including Singer Store
Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care
Process inventory for deliveries/pickups
Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location
Package items and label correctly
Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
Stack and organize large bulk items
Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
Prepare products for shipping and/or delivery
Move materials from storage to pick-up area or other locations
Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards
Keep warehouse premises neat and clean (indoors and outdoors)
Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years Warehouse experience.
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks as well as forklifts
Computer experience, data entry, scanning technology.
High School Diploma.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, reach, squat and bend during assigned shift
Pass physical exam and other clearances
