Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Package and box finished assembled cabinets according to company standards
• Inspect products prior to packaging to ensure quality and completeness
• Safely and securely palletize boxed cabinets for shipment
• Apply correct labels, shipping marks, and documentation to all pallets
• Use protective materials (foam, wrap, corner guards, etc.) to prevent damage during transit
• Verify order accuracy against pick lists or work orders
• Maintain organized and efficient staging and packing areas
• Assist with loading trucks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate any product defects, shortages, or quality issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy or bulky items safely (80-100 pounds or more)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficiency in operating an Apple iPad and warehouse scanning equipment
• Ability to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders on a daily basis.
• Basic ability to read work orders, labels, and packing instructions
• Forklift experience or certification a plus (not always required)
