Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely movement of products through the facility to support customer deliveries and internal operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders and inspect for damage
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized inventory locations and proper product labeling
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy reporting
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) in accordance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards
• Support returns processing and restocking activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
