The Warehouse Automation Engineer oversees the design and analysis of operational strategies for various projects within the Kramp group's warehouses with a clear focus on Material Handling Equipment solutions. This includes tasks like process and methods analysis, cost management, capacity improvement, and optimizing routing and shipments. You will be also responsible for implementing these solutions effectively. In this role you will work closely together with our other experienced Warehouse Engineering Manager who is based in the Netherlands. You will join the Supply Chain Engineering Team and collaborate with different stakeholders from different countries. The role As a Warehouse Automation Engineer, you will; - Use your own vision to design engineering solutions and the associated validation process to enable the realization of a design that conforms to organizational standards. - Contribute to the analysis of information, the drafting of engineering standards and specifications, and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards - Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and specify the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements. - Working closely with our supplier, including specifying requirements, challenging their solutions, monitoring the implementation and aftercare including the contact with all the different stakeholders that are involved like manager indirect procurement, legal and local operations teams. - Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relations...
