Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage shipment plans and delivery schedules based on customer orders and requirements
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and delivery schedules with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, and transportation documents
• Manage product packaging activities and coordinate with external packaging vendors.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and process shipment transactions through the ERP system.
• Monitor transportation performance and maintain logistics-related data and reports.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory activities, including FIFO compliance, warehouse organization, and cycle counts.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
