WAREHOUSE COORD - RPU MEGALUH

Job Summary**

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing warehouse operations at our RPU Megaluh facility to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall supply chain objectives.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
* Manage daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, material handling, and inventory control.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping of all inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and storage capacity.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
* Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipping delays, inventory shortages, or damaged goods.
* Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, productivity, and shipping accuracy.
* Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or coordinator role.
* Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
