As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll help keep materials, equipment, and inventory moving safely and efficiently across our operations. Your work will support production schedules, customer requirements, and warehouse activities, ensuring materials are available where and when they're needed.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will:

  • · Keep materials moving between suppliers, warehouses, operational teams, and customers to support production and business requirements.
  • · Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and full material traceability.
  • · Prepare shipments and documentation in line with NOG116 requirements, customer specifications, and company procedures.
  • · Process warehouse, inventory, and logistics transactions using Oracle ERP and related systems.
  • · Support operational schedules by planning and coordinating material movements to ensure on-time delivery.
  • · Maintain compliance with Baker Hughes quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in all warehouse and logistics activities.

Fuel your passion

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material control, or inventory management within an industrial environment.
  • Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems, with Oracle experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping, packing, transportation documentation, and material traceability requirements.
  • A valid Forklift Certificate (T1, T2, T4), with T8 certification preferred.
  • An Overhead Crane (G11) certificate and NOG116 packing training, or equivalent knowledge.
  • A proven ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse or operational environment.
