Warehouse Coordinator

Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Location: 1300 Eller Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33316

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: At least two years’ experience

Languages: English-both written and verbally and/or Bilingual (Spanish).

Skills:

• Detailed Oriented

• Ability to communicate in English-both written and verbally

• Great organization skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operation and organization of the warehouse facility.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse and surrounding work areas.

• Assist with receiving, handling, staging, moving, and organizing cargo.

• Support transload operations, including loading and unloading cargo and preparing freight for movement.

• Assist with the handling and organization of containers, pallets, cartons, and other freight.

• Support the warehouse team with mom-and-pop/customer cargo and other shipments as needed.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers while following proper cargo-handling procedures.

• Help ensure cargo is properly positioned, secured, labeled, and staged for shipment.

• Assist warehouse personnel with locating and preparing cargo for delivery or loading.

• Perform general warehouse duties and provide operational support wherever needed.

• Report damaged cargo, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, security, cargo handling, and facility operations.

• Maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all applicable safety requirements.

• Assist with housekeeping duties, including removing debris, organizing work areas, and maintaining clear aisles and access points.

• Work cooperatively with warehouse personnel, drivers, supervisors, and other departments to support efficient daily operations.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move materials and cargo as required by the position.

• Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.

• Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
