Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team, although, the location of the person will be in Rivabellosa (Miranda de Ebro).

What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize the warehouse: space sizing and layout, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and decreasing lead time.
• Define processes and their optimization.
• Keep the warehouse master table updated (references, packaging types, supply types, etc.).
• Analyze, plan and manage the arrival of material to the warehouse.
• Analyze and optimize the supply to the plant.
• Calculate the necessary resources.
• Control inventory.
• Collaborate in the design and optimization of operational tooling.
• Improve logistics and work flows.
• Work with proprietary logistics software, analyzing data and reports and adapting them to operational needs
• Design, update, and analysis of KPIs, collaborating in the correction of deviations.
• Collaborate with the company's IT and planning divisions.
• Assist managers in identifying and understanding their organization's problems through daily work dynamics.
• Train leaders and teams in continuous improvement tools and Lean.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar position, minimum, 5 years.
• Knowledge and experience in Planning and process adaptation.
• Experience in warehouses.
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and Methods and Times.
• Experience in project implementation and integration.
• Advanced Excel profile.
• Knowledge and experience with CAD tools.
• Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
• People management
