Warehouse Coordinator oversees warehouse parts and supplies needed for installs, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, ensuring safety and organization. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day parts and supplies that support project management, and customer support departments.
  • Ability to determine best means to get orders to final destination.
  • Own special projects that improve the material process such as recycling, sale of excess. grey stock or obsolete inventory.
  • Manages inventory levels, available stock and lead times.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by their supervisor/​manager.​
  • Assist with RMA process and tracking.
  • Maintain safe, clean and well-organized warehouse.
  • Able to safely lift 70lbs packages.
  • Work with Fleet Manager to track and maintain fleet associated with the branch.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Proficient use of a computer, specifically with Excel and Word. (Preferably advanced or certified Excel skills.)​
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well and interact with internal/external suppliers and customers.
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork; “can do” attitude and desire to provide best service. Strong Interpersonal and Communicative Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; must be a self-starter and quick learner.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills
  • Self-organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Required to be in the office 5 days a week.
  • Ability to pick up/drop off parts and vehicles locally within PA market.
