Warehouse Coordinator

SHIFT: 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
The Warehouse Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to execute the daily activities as it relates to the receiving, storage, movements, and shipping of finished goods and raw materials in the warehouse. Job function includes communicating with trucking companies to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using phones and email. Obtaining freight quotes and transmitting import and export documents. Responsible and Accountable for warehouse activities.
Job Details
  • Schedule and manage all outbound freight Road, Ocean, Air and Parcel.
  • Serve as deputy to Supply Chain Coordinator for dialoging outbound shipments and participation in daily operations meeting
  • Maintain effective and regular dialog with Warehouse and Logistics Manager of any issues that arise in the Warehouse.
  • Assist Warehouse and Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Coordinator in development and documentation of SOP’s and work instructions for all functions and activities related to responsible areas.
  • Assist with coaching warehouse personnel to maintain a high level of efficiency.
  • Assist with training new employees on all processes and procedures.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts to maximize efficiency.
  • Perform backup duties for Warehouse Operator role as assigned
  • Perform SAP transactions related to each warehouse activity.
  • Receive all raw materials: Unload truck, verify paperwork and store in accordance with policies.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing team regarding inbound flow, inventory discrepancies, and resolve any issue to reduce interruptions in the supply chain.
  • Collect samples and paperwork to deliver to QA Lab.
  • Deliver raw materials to the production departments.
  • Oversee daily cycle count process of raw materials and finished goods to ensure best practices for material handling.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on high value inventory discrepancies.
  • Accurately move finished goods into warehouse.
  • Monitor RM and FG inventory of blocked and restricted materials to ensure the timeliness of disposition of material.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments by confirming paperwork, quantity of boxes and weights.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Follow all CTPAT rules and guidelines.
  • Participate in yearly physical inventory.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
  • Immediately report any environmental or safety concerns to manager observed during daily activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all KRAIBURG TPE safety, travel, ethics, and Human Resource policies.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma, some college preferred.
At least three (3) years relevant experience
