Warehouse coordinator

overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, managing staff, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure that all processes are completed safely and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products • Manage warehouse staff and coordinate their daily activities • Verify the accuracy of inventory records • Ensure that goods are stored and moved safely • Enforce safety protocols in the warehouse • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment • Troubleshoot operational or equipment-related issues • Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding orders and deliveries • Ensure that goods are shipped in a timely manner • Maintain the records and documents required for warehouse operations • Identify opportunities for process improvement • Perform other related tasks as assigned

• SAP Advanced

• English basic/intermediate

• Excel advanced

• ESH knowlegde

• IAFT 16949

• CTPAT knowledge.

• Bacherlor Degree in Indutrial Engineering or similar.

• Experince in warehouse of 3 years minimum.

• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) is desirable.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
