About the Role
This is a hands on position where no two days are the same. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently by managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records and supporting workshop operations.
Working Monday to Friday, you'll be the link between stock, suppliers, workshop personnel and operational requirements, helping ensure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day warehouse operations, ensuring materials, parts and equipment are received, stored and dispatched efficiently
- Manage goods receipting, inventory movements and stock control activities, maintaining accurate records within Oracle Fusion
- Support workshop and project teams by picking, issuing and staging parts and materials to meet operational requirements
- Coordinate freight, logistics, inventory transfers and mobilisation activities across workshop and site locations
- Maintain control of repairable and rotable components, including tracking, storage and supplier repair coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, purchasing and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, delivery issues and material requirements
- Lead warehouse housekeeping, inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety requirements
- Other duties as directed by the Workshop Supervisor
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
You'll have:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in warehouse, stores, logistics, inventory control or parts coordination role
- Experience in receipting, storing, picking, issuing and transferring materials
- Strong computer literacy with experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Data accuracy
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with workshop personnel, suppliers, purchasing and management
- Current drivers's licence
- A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving results
- Forklift Licence
