Maintain inventory levels, update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
Process incoming/outgoing orders and preparation of relevant documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse and traffic team to ensure timely order and delivery fulfilment.
Update data related to shipments, receipts, and inventory. Address any issues related to orders or inventory.
Maintain records of all transactions, and liaise with suppliers/customers/transporter/internal Depts.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Prepare invoices and verify billing information and handle billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.
