Warehouse

Overview:
Assisting customers by pulling orders, stocking shelves, and preparing deliveries for the following day. This position reports directly to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities:
Accurately fulfills customer orders

• Treat all customers in a courteous professional manner
• Assist customers and vendors with the loading and unloading of materials
• Checks in and puts away incoming stock and special order shipments
• Keep the warehouse in a neat orderly manner
• Prepare material for outbound shipments
• Attend company sponsored product training sessions
• Write up return material in accordance with the warranty procedures manual
• Obtain signatures on all shipping and receiving documents
• Perform all job responsibilities in a safe responsible manner
• Operate various warehouse equipment such as tow motor, hand carts, ladders, etc.

• Accuracy displayed when filling customer material request
• Attendance and willingness to work overtime when required
• Maintain a positive attitude in customer and co-worker interaction
