Job Summary:

A Warehouse cum Logistics Executive is primarily responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, including general housekeeping, organization, stock handling, and inventory management. This role involves monitoring and updating inventory records using the company’s inventory management software, ensuring stock accuracy and proper documentation.

This role will also support general warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, arranging, and preparing goods for fulfilment. Delivery-related tasks, including the transportation or delivery of goods, may be assigned from time to time as required to support smooth business operations.

This role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong understanding of warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.

Job Description

Warehouse Operations & Distribution

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, arranging, storing, and preparing stocks for outlet requirements, while maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and systematic warehouse in accordance with 5S principles and company safety standards.

  • Coordinate and perform scheduled deliveries of stocks and supplies to various outlets, ensuring orders are accurately prepared, quantities are verified, supporting documents are in order, and all deliveries are completed according to the assigned schedule without missed or outstanding deliveries.

  • Promptly report any stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or operational issues to Management for appropriate follow-up and resolution.


Inventory Management & System Records

  • Manage end-to-end inventory activities, including receiving, checking, counting, ordering, replenishment, and stock issuance, ensuring inventory availability and accuracy in accordance with FIFO and FEFO principles, where applicable.

  • Monitor stock levels against established PAR levels and proactively manage replenishment to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations.

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in the Food Market Hub (FMH) inventory system, ensuring all stock transactions are recorded accurately and updated on a timely basis.

  • Conduct monthly physical stocktakes and reconcile physical stock against system records, ensuring accurate stock quantities and reconciliation results are updated in FMH within one (1) working day of the stocktake.

  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, and escalate significant variances to Management where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate fixed asset records, including asset locations, movements, and status.

  • Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of relevant inventory information and transactions.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess valid Singapore class 3 or 4 license

  • Role requires repeatedly lifting and moving stocks in cartons up to 25kg

  • Team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and meticulous with details

  • Good time management

  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
